Our return policy:
No returns are accepted once the purchaser leaves the premises. Selling mainly live, fresh and frozen products it is impossible to know how the items are treated once they leave the premises thus no returns are accepted. If a customer has a legitimate problem or concern they must contact Bubba's Crab and Seafood within 12 hours of purchase (phone and voicemail are available 24 hours per day). In this case once thoroughly investigated if a problem is discovered it is handled via gift certificate or product replacement. We NEVER reimburse funds back to credit cards or give cash back PERIOD. We do this for good reason as people many years ago would try to scam us trying to get cash off their or others credit cards or EBT cards.
